How to Request a Return

If you wish to return an item, please contact us via email at support@jorona.shop with your order number and reason for return. We will respond to your request within 1-2 business days with further instructions.

Refunds

Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it to ensure it meets the eligibility conditions. If approved, we will process your refund within 5-7 business days. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method through Shopify Payments. Please note that bank processing times may vary and may take additional time to reflect in your account.

Late or Missing Refunds

Exchanges

We only offer exchanges for defective or damaged items. If you received a defective or damaged item, please contact us via email at support@jorona.shop with your order number and a description of the issue. We will provide a replacement or refund, depending on the circumstances.

Return Shipping

The customer is responsible for paying return shipping costs. For orders over $75, we recommend using a trackable shipping service to ensure the safe return of your item.
